Frequently Asked Questions, Shipping & Returns

 
  • After purchase, please allow for at least 2-4 business days to ship out orders, as they are made to order and are made solely by one person. After they’re shipped, the order depends on the location being delivered and the carrier service. (please remember we are all human, especially postal workers). If you need an order for a certain date, email me and I will try my best to accommodate your need.

  • Don’t fret! Email me quickly with a picture of the item. Depending on the damage, I could either fix it or exchange/swap the product for a new one

  • Depending on the severity of the damage, I can gladly help in fixing the piece! This is applicable for only 90 DAYS after purchase or ONE TIME per item. Additional costs (such as shipping) may apply, as the product was damaged after arrival, by the customer. Email me with inquiries

  • If you notice that you’ve incorrectly entered your address information, please contact me ASAP, as after the packaged is dropped off, I can no longer assist. If you did not notice the incorrect address, and it has been delivered, there is no further action I can do.

    If I do not receive a complete address or correct address, I will contact you. After 3 days without a response, a refund will be issued. If there is no contact information provided, an immediate refund will be issued.

  • Each packing label is issued with a tracking number. That number allows you to see exactly where your package is at. Once I drop the package off at the post office, it is no longer my responsibility, as I can not control the actions of the Post Office and its carriers. It is out of my hands once it reaches the USPS. Please be advised of this. If you have any concern, contact us and we’ll gladly try and assist the situation

  • As each item is made to order, returns are not accepted.

  • Products can not be exchanged, UNLESS they arrived with physical damage. Contact us to further evaluate. After 7 days, exchanges are no longer valid.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before 24-48 hours of purchase, meaning you have ONLY 2 days after purchase to cancel. Once again, everything is hand made, and is tried to start as soon as possible/as soon order is placed. Please be considerate of this, and email me ASAP.

  • It is advised that the jewels are not submerged in any type of liquid. Although they are gold-filled and tarnish-resistant, they are not completely waterproof. Any product that is not 100% gold or silver, will eventually tarnish with continuous water contact

    If it does come in contact with water, there is no need to panic. Take a soft microfiber towel or jewelry wipe and wipe away the water and store them away from sunlight.
